Reservations
If you want to be sure to have one of our rooms, use one of the other facilities or participate in any activity, you should book from beforehand.
You can do this by either phone, fax or e-mail.
Should you want to book straight with us, we will send you a 'booking application' in which we wil ask you to pay a 50% advance in our bank account. Upon receipt of this advance, we will send you a confirmation of both the reservation and the amount of the advance paid. From this moment on, you can consider your reservation as ‘final’.
Should you want to book via one of the internet booking sites we work with, no advance will be asked. We will send you a 'booking confirmation' and your reservation is final.
Should you want to cancel you booking less than four days before the planned date of arrival, we will charge one night's stay; should you not show up on the planned arrival date without notice, we will debit you for the full amount of the planned stay.
Rooms are at your disposal as off 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival.
You should leave the room before 10.30 hrs on the day of departure.
